Abstract
Our markets are gradually integrated into the international markets after our accession to the WTO. The challenges that our enterprises are facing not only come from industrial revolution caused by new economy ,but also from the fierce competition on the international markets caused by economic globalization. So it is an extremely arduous task to meet the challenges. To compete with major transnational companies, the only way for domestic enterprises is to build up inimitateable nuclear competitiveness which belongs to their own. This thesis will put forward some advice and opinions on how to build up nuclear competitive power for our enterprises. Then find the way for Chinese enterprises to build up their own nuclear competitive power through the introduction of some successful examples from domestic and overseas enterprises as well as the comparison between both sides.
