Abstract

Objective: To establish the method to determine the content of Notoginsenoside R1,Ginsenoside Rb1 and Ginsenoside Rg1 in Compound Danshen Tablets by HPLC.Methods: The HPLC method was applied and Diamonsil C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm) was used;the ACN-H3PO4(0.05%) was used as mobile phase;detective wave was 203 nm;flow rate was 10 mL/min.Results:The regression equations of notoginsenoside R1 was Y=187.0X+16.16,r=0.9997,and the linear range of notoginsenoside R1 was 0.366-3.206 μg;the linear range of ginsenoside Rb1 was 0.911-9.241 μg;the regression equations of ginsenoside Rg1,was Y =403.6X +9.113,r =0.9994,and the linear range of ginsenoside Rg1 was0.841-8.431 μg.Conclusion: The HPLC is promise method to determine the content of Notoginsenoside R1,Ginsenoside Rb1 and Ginsenoside Rg1,which is benefit to control the quality of Compound Danshen Tablets.
