Abstract
Objective To analyze the active compounds of Panax notoginseng and Salviae miltiorrhizae in Compound Danshen Tablets. Methods HPLC was used to analyze the contents of ginsenoside Rg1,ginsenoside Rb1 and notoginsenoside R1 in Compound Danshen Tablets. Results The linear ranges of ginsenoside Rg1,ginsenoside Rb1,and notoginsenoside R1 were 0.850~8.524,0.922~9.013,0.377~3.317μg. With average recoveries of 101.1%(RSD=1.5%),101.2% (RSD =1.6%),103.2% (RSD=1.8%). Conclusion The method is simple,reliable and stable,which could be used for the quality control of Compound Danshen Tablets.
