Abstract
The engineering cost management penetrate the whole process of construction and reflect the economic benefit and social benefit of engineering. In order to control the engineering cost in reasonable scope and approved cost limitation certain measures and methods are adopted. Combination of technology and economic can adapt the need of cost management under the condition of market economy.
