Abstract
According to the importance of the engineering cost management in the construction engineering,the author describes the concept and meaning of the engineering cost management,deeply discusses the engineering cost management from the aspects of the cost management,the project cost analysis and the project cost control,to improve the management level of the engineering cost management and the economic benefit of the construction enterprises.
