Abstract
The multifunction composite - film adhesive was prepared by emulsion polymerization with butyl acrylate (BA) and vinyl acetate (VAC ) as main monomers. The effects of VAC, modified monomer, emulsifier and reaction temperature on the properties of adhesive were discussed. The optimum polymerizing conditions are VAC 15 %, modified monomer 4%, emulsifier 2% and reaction temperature 75 - 83 ℃. The peeling strength of resulted adhesive reached 28 N/25 mm.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
