Abstract

Judicial Interpretation and Administration Interpretation are all a kind of application interpretation,and have abstractness and concrete characteristic concurrently.The two have difference in such aspects as the subjects,the ranges,and the effect of interpretation.Administration Interpretation should accept Judicial Censorship of judicial organs,and restrained by Judicial interpretation,but at the same time,judicial organs should respect Administration Interpretation properly.
