On the Judicial Interpretation System in Legal Interpretation System of China

Abstract

The judicial interpretation is an important judicial system in legal interpretation system of China.Although judicial interpretation is being improved gradually ,there are many disadvantages.In my opinion, we should strengthen relations between judicial interpretation and legislation interpretation. The reform is not to replace judicial interpretation with precedent laws,bui to establish the legal interpretation system based on judicial interpretation and precedent interpretation.
