Analysis of Medical Expense of In-Patient with Medical Insurance and without Medical Insurance

Objective To analyze the character of medical expense of the cases with medical insurance and seek for a right controlling measure on the basis of comparing the medical expense of the cases with medical insurance and without medical insurance.Methods To analyze the data of in-patient and describe their statistical characters in society,disease and expense.And to conduct paired comparative analysis of expense of the cases with medical insurance and without medical insurance in the same condition.Results Medical expense of the cases with medical insurance is higher,but it correlates to the cases characters in disease and severity.Conclusion It is an effective method in occupying the medical insurance market for hospital to control the medical expense,especially the drug expense of the patient with medical insurance.
