Abstract
Cu~(2+) doped SnO_2 nanoparticles were synthesized by hydrothermal method using SnCl_4·5H_2O,CuSO_4·5H_2O and NaOH as reactants. The obtained particles were characterized by XRD and TEM.The XRD pattern showed that the prepared product were tetragonal rutile structure of SnO_2.TEM analysis confirmed that the morphologies of Cu~(2+)-SnO_2 particles were globose.
