Abstract
The experiment studies the influence of drought stress on soybean proline accumulation. The results showing, with the increasing of drought stress, the content accumulation of free proline in the osmotic adjustment was clearly enlarged. What's more, the rising extent to accumulation of free proline of better drought-resistance varieties was higher than that of weaker ones. However, the varieties with better drought-resistance were lower than those with weaker one.
