Facing WTO Squarely: Re-discussion of Suggestion on Ways to Speed up Technical Innovation of Enterprises in China

On acceding WTO, enterprises in China are subjected both opportunity and challenge. Technical innovation is the only way for them avoid risk and take up the challenge of internationalization of home markets. The practice of reform in these years shows their achievement; however, as the world economy has to solve the problem of creating new speed in 2000 era, contrastingly, Chinese enterprises have accelerate their innovation speed, wich should be done by innovating the internal and the external factors in subject entrprises.
