Abstract

After entry into the WTO,as athletes participating in the Game of Rules,enterprises will encounter the greatest blow because of integration of government and enterprises.In order to seize opportunities and enhance competitiveness,enterprises should be familiar with and learn to use relevant regulations of WTO as quick as possible;accelerate innovation of corporate system.strengthen its mechanism,and raise the technical innovation capacity of enterprises.and truly increase the management level of enterprises.
