Abstract
Adsorption and desorption experiments were carried out to screen the suitable macroporous absorbent resin for grape seed polyphenols. Results indicate that macroporous resin AB-8 possesse the strongest abso-rbend ability and easier desorption property. The optimum absorption conditions of macroporous resin AB-8 are concentration of feeding 3.0 g/L ,pH 4.5,feeding rate 3 BV/h. And the optimum desorption conditions are elute-ethanol concentration 80 % ,elution rate 3 BV/h.Purified under this condition, the obtained polyphenols product have 81.1% purity.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
