Study on the production schedule for ERP in coal enterprises

Abstract

As the production planning is the core of the ERP system, by the analysis on the production planning processes and their characteristics, and fully considering the combination of the job managements and ERP, this paper designs the production planning process of ERP for the coal enterprises. On the basis of the analysis of the main factors influencing the major production planning, the master production schedule (MPS) and the aided production planning are made, and the MPS is adjusted.
