Research on ERP production planning module status,problems and optimization

In order to improve the manufacturing production efficiency,based on the analysis of present production planning management situation,problems existing in the ERP system production plan module was pointed out.In view of this,the ERP and APS,MES,PCS integrated information model was put forward,and countermeasures for the traditional ERP production plan module optimization was given.By changing the traditional enterprise production planning model to cut inventory and improve delivery speed,rapid response to the market demand is an ideal method to improve the competitiveness of enterprises.
