Abstract

This article elaborates the connotation of strategic management,analyzing the relations between ISO9000 quality control system and strategic management in higher vocational colleges.It proposes the main frame and basic steps of strategic management in higher vocational colleges based on ISO9000 quality control system,for the purpose of providing a beneficial use for reference to develop continually in higher vocational colleges and improve the quality of education.
