Clinical Significance of Inflammatory Parameters in Peripheral Blood in Patients with Acute Cerebral Infarction

Abstract

Objective:To explore clinical significance of inflammatory factors in the peripheral blood in patients with infarction.Methods:The levels of highly sensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP),CD3+/HLA-DR+ and neutrophil CD64 index in 80 cases with acute cerebral infarction(infarction group) and 50 healthy controls(control group) were detected by immune turbidimetry and flow cytometry respectively.Results:The levels of hs-CRP and CD3+/HLA-DR+ in infarction group significantly higher than control group(P0.01),showing a positive correlation with their NIHSS score.In the infarction group,the level of hs-CRP also had a positive correlation with CD3+/HLA-DR+.There was no difference between the neutrophil CD64 index of infarction group and that of control group.Conclusion:Inflammatory reaction is involved in the pathogenesis of acute cerebral infarction.The levels of hs-CRP and CD3+/HLA-DR+ are significantly elevated in patients with acute cerebral infarction,except neutrophil CD64.
