Abstract
Objective To study the state of cell immune function and its correlation with clinical neu-rological impairment in elderly patients with acute cerebral infarction.Methods CD3 + ,CD4 + ,CD8 + ,CD16 + 56 + and ratio of CD4 + /CD8 + of peripheral blood mononuclear cells from30patients with cerebral infarction and32elderly healthy controls were measured using dual-fluorescent flow cytometry.Results Compared with the controls,the percentage of CD3 + ,CD4 + of patients with cerebral infarction was markedly lower and CD16 + 56 + was markedly higher(P0.01、P0.01、P0.05,respectively),which was positively correlated with clinical indexof neurological impairment.Conclusion Abnormality of cell immune function exists in elderly patients with cerebral infarction and the changes are correlated with clinical indexes of neurological impairment.
