Abstract
[Objective] The aim was to prepare polyclonal antibody of anti-bisphenol A through immuning animals.[Method] The immune antigen was prepared with bisphenol A hapten (BPAH) and diphenolic acid (DPA) coupled with bovine serum albumin (BSA),and the New zealand white rabbits were immunized with the antigen to prepare antiserum. The antiserum titer was determined by indirect competition ELISA.[Result] Through ultraviolet scanning and infrared spectrum analysis, the complete antigen BPAH-BSA and DPA-BSA were successfully prepared. The antiserum titre of 3 positive white rabbits were51 200,25 600 and 12 800 resp..The antiserum titre of white rabbits immunized by complete antigen BPAH-BSA was higher than that of white rabbits immunized by DPA-BSA.[Conclusion] The polyclonal antibody of anti-bisphenol A with high titer was successfully prepared in this study.
