Abstract
SIEMENS MM440 inverter not only has a good operating reliability and diverse control functions, but also has a strong communication function.After installing the PROFIBUS module, the MM440 can access the high speed DP communication network to realize the remote control. This paper introduces the design scheme of the control system of MM440 based on the PROFIBUS DP bus remote control system using the SIEMENS S7-300 series PLC. The scheme is divided into two parts, hardware design and software design. The experimental results show that it can achieve remote control of MM440.
