Abstract
With an electromechanical integration control system as an example,the application of Profibus-DP is illustrated,emphasizing on the functions of each station and the control scheme,control characteristic and implementation principle of Profibus - DP. Siemens S7 - 300 controller is adopted as the master station,and nine S7 - 200 s and one converter as the slave stations,monitoring and controlling the whole production process. It controls whole system as well as the field equipment via Profibus - DP,implementing flexibly the centralized and distributed control,realizing the multi-speed control and enhancing the operational stability.
