Analysis on the Utilization and Influencing Factors of Rural Residents’ Health Service in Qian’an City

By using multi-stage stratified cluster sampling method,this paper invests the health status of the rural residents in Qian’an City and its influencing factors.The investigation results show that the two-week prevalence rate is 16.6%,the prevalence rate of chronic disease is 21.6%,the proportion of physical and mental ill-health of 15 years old and above population is 29.2%,the two-week prevalence rate of the residents with different sex,age,profession and educational level has statistical significance,and the two-week prevalence rate of the residents with different medical insurance system has no statistical significance,and the prevalence rate of chronic disease of the residents with different sex,age,profession,educational level and medical insurance system has statistical significance.
