Abstract
[Objective]To observe the curative effect of the treatment for psycholepsy by duloxetine and its side effects, and to provide evidence for clinical treatment.[Methods]According to the CCMD-3 diagnostic criteria for depressive episode and Hamilton Depression Rating Scale(HAMD)(the score ≥ 18 points),76 patients from out-patient clinic(OPD)and inpatient departments were chosen, who were divided randomly into duloxetine group and paroxetine group. The efficacies of treatment were assessed with HAMD,respectively prior treatment,4 weeks and 8 weeks after treatment, and side effects were assessed with side effects scale(TESS).[Results]After 8 weeks, the effective rate of duloxetine group was 97.37%,and that of paroxetine group was 89.47%.There was no significant difference between two groups(P﹥0.05).Compared with prior treatment, there were significant differences respectively at 4th week and 8th week after treatment in each group(P﹤0.01).Duloxetine was better than paroxetine in aspect of anxiety/somatization,cognitive impairment, retardation and hopelessness, and its side effect was slighter.[Conclusion]Duloxetine has affirmative curative effect on psycholepsy and less side effects, and can effectively improve patients' quality of life.
