Abstract
Through analysis of involute form methods of involute gear,the paper established parameter equation of involute in Cartesian coordinates,describes a simple and easy method for modeling of involute gear.Gears dynamics simulation and analysis of simulation results proved that the gear modelling method has high accuracy of the transmission ratio stability,and has significance on the design,modeling and simulation of involute gear.
