Abstract
Objective To explore the simple upper limb spasticity suppressor effects of therapy on elbow rehabilitation after stroke with computer medium frequency. Methods 60 patients with stroke were randomly divided into treatment group, suppressor group and medium group with 20 cases in each group, the three groups were treated with conventional rehabilitation training, the treatment group in computer intermediate frequency therapy when worn. All patients had ipsilateral elbow joint upper limb were Fugl-Meyer at baseline and 2months after treatment(FMA),modified Ashworth spasticity scale evaluation. Results The three groups before and after treatment and compared between groups were significant different(P0.05);changes in the three groups were compared, the treatment group2 months after FMA,ASH integral recovery was better than pure suppressor group and simple frequency group(P0.05).Conclusion The computer if combined with suppressor treatment contributes to the improvement of elbow spasticity of upper limb in hemiplegic patients.
