Abstract
By combining clinical practice with statistics,taking hydronephrosis as an example,comparing and analyzing the diagnosis characteristics of ultrasonography and radiography from philosophic angle,respectively.Ultrasonography and radiography share many things in common with their own outstanding characteristics,by learning which we should apply theories reasonable and composite to practice,providing the clinical diagnosis with more valuable diagnostic information and letting the patients know and understand the Medical Diagnostic Imaging.
