The Philosophic Thinking in Ultrasonography

The difference between ultrasonography and other medical image diagnosis such as CT and MR is obviously.The results of CT or MR is obtained by a group of radiologist generally,but the results of ultrasonography is used to be obtained by sonographer himself.Therefore,the thinking of sonographer is more important for his ultrasonographic diagnosis than other medical images.To improve diagnosis accurrance for sonographer,it is more useful to use philosophic thinking when he makes decision in his work.
