Abstract
Objective To compare the effects between abdominal double cannula and abdominal single tube drainage applied to hepatic carcinoma patients after partial hepatectomy. Methods 80 cases of hepatic carcinoma patients underwent partial hepatectomy were randomly divided into experimental group(n=40) and control group(n=40). After partial hepatectomy, the experimental group were drained with central vacuum suction linked with abdominal double cannula and the control group linked with abdominal single cannula. Results 3 double cannulas were blocked in the experimental group, accounting for 7.5%, and 8 in the control group, accounting for 25.0%.The case of liver area residual effusion of the experimental group and control group was 8 and 1, respectively. There were statistically significant differences in the incidence of postoperative drainage cannula blockage and liver area residual effusion between the groups(P0.05). Conclusion Abdominal double canula applied to patients with hepatic carcinoma after hepatectomy can maintain drainage, reduce the incidence of blockage and liver residual effusion effectively.
