Abstract

Ethnic community tourism product is essentially the result that human acts above on the material capital.Community residents' acquisition of the local knowledge in the rural society has become the community residents' own human after the tourism development.The human of community residents is not only the core tourism attractions of the ethnic community,the core component of the ethnic community tourism products,but also the important capital participating in ethnic community tourism benefit distribution.Facing up to the important roles the community residents play in the ethnic community tourism development;strengthening the human of the community residents,clearing community tourism development investment main body status of the community residents;bringing the community residents into the ethnic community tourism decision distribution system,ensuring their profit rights are the tourism sustainable development important guarantee of ethnic community.
