Abstract
Objective To collect more experiences in CT examination on injury of bone and joints. Methods Among the total 218 cases,20 cases had multiple fractures,88 cases of skull,89 cases of spine,8 cases of pelvis and 33 cases of extremeties injuries.89 pieces of articular surfaces were hurt. All of the cases had CT examinations and 68 of them also had X ray examinations. Results 36 cases were found fractures by both methods;27 cases were cnfirmed by CT image.Among the total 218 cases on injury of bone and joints,245 pieces of bone and 89 pieces of articular surfaces were involved. Conclusion CT examination can better determine the existence and the complication of fractures, especially in tiny fractures.CT examination seems to be more and more important in diagnosing bone and joint injuries.
