Abstract
Headspace solid-phase microextraction(HS-SPME) was used pre-concentration procedure for the simultaneous determination of organochlorine pesticides in antioxidant peptide capsule by gas chromatograpy with electron capture detector.Several parameters controlling SPME was studied and optimised: extraction mode,SPME fiber, extraction time and extraction temperature, desorption time and desorption temperature.Under optimal conditions, the correlation coefficients were more than 0.990 and good recoveries(range from 90% to 120%) were achieved. The mothod can be applied to the determination of trace amount of organochlorine pesticides in capsule health food.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Application details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
