Abstract

IT industry is a focus in international competition. China's IT industry is in a lower position, and it is also a focal area in China's opened to the world. This article firstly introduces the current situation of China's IT industry, then analyses the possible impact on IT industry of Chinas entry of WTO, lastly, explicates some adoptable strategies and policies.
