Paper industry is one of the most important fundamental industries in the national economy and is known as a perpetual development industry. If China enters WTO, what will influence China's paper industry? How can paper industry face the new situation? What's the future of our paper industry? These problems will be analyzed in the paper. It draws the conclusion that: entering WTO will bring China's paper industry a dual opportunity for restructure and reform and a serious competition as well. We may grasp the chance, and get a good result only if we study carefully, and prepare actively.
