Abstract

A pair of primers for amplifying the S1 gene of avian infectious bronchitis virus(IBV) was designed,with which the predicted 1.62 kb fragment had been amplified by RT-PCR from Strain X.Then the expression vectors containing the S1 gene of X strain was constructed and the recombinate expression protein obtained.The expressed S1 protein was identified by ELISA,Western blotting and indirect fluorescent antibody technique and the biological characters of S1 protein was identified.
