Discussion on the Practice and Experience of Organic Chemistry Experiment Teaching Reform

Focused on the existing problems of the organic chemistry experiment teaching and based on personal thinking of teaching and researching,new types of experiment teaching methods were explored,including comprehensive-type,research-type and open-type.The teaching quality was improved through the interaction between teaching and learning.These teaching methods still could stimulate the students' interest in learning chemistry,strengthen the awareness of scientific inquiry and effectively improve the students' analysis ability and innovation ability.In addition,valuable experiences and lessons were obtained through teaching reflection during the teaching reform and practice.
