Abstract
Objective:To observe the combination therapy of acute eczema treatment.Methods:144 cases of acute eczema patients were randomly divided into treatment group(48 cases),the control group(48 cases),control group 2(48 cases).Treatment group(in the combination therapy group)were given dermatitis decoction and the control group(western group)were given oral mizolastine.Control 2(CMB)were given oral decoction.Three groups were in conjunction with 3% boric acid solution(hospital preparation),hydrocortisone ointment(compoundpreparations) for external use.Hydrocortisone ointment use was no more than a week.Consecutive treated for two weeks, after treatment line efficacy evaluation of patients were made. Results:The treatment group was 95.58%,89.58% in control group 1,control group 2 was 83.33%.Treatment group and control group 1 wasstatistically different(χ2=4.90,P0.01),treatment group and control group 2 was statistically significant(χ2=9.53,P0.01).Conclusion:The combination therapy of acute eczema significantly effective.
