The efficacy of QuanChongFang in the treatment of eczema of ShiReJiuYu.

Abstract

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy in the treatment of eczema of ShiReJiuYu by QuanChongFang.Mehtods Sixty-three cases with eczema of ShiReJiuYu were randomly divided into treatment group (34 cases) and control group(29 cases).Cases in the treatment group orally took QuanChongFang decoction 100mL every time,twice a day.Cases in the control group orally took WuSheZhiYang Wan 2.5g every time,three times a day.Both course were 4 weeks.Results After 4 weeks treatment,efficiency in the treatment group (88.24%) was significantly higher than that(65.52%) in the control group (P0.05). Scors of EASI and itch degree improved significantly in both groups(P0.01),but scors of EASI and itch of the treament group were signicantly higher than those of the control group(P0.05).Conclusion QuanChongFang is effective for eczema of ShiReJiuYu.
