CYP3A5,one member of the subfamily of cytochrome P450 3A(CYP3A),plays a significant role in the metabolic clearance of drug,and often catalyzes drug metabolism together with CYP3A4 or alone.,and has ethnic differences in genetic polymorphism.Study of CYP3A5 polymorphism and its influence on drug metabolism,for clinical treatment of individual drugs have a positive meaning.
