Abstract

Objective: To observe the efficacy of Verapamil on treating PSVT children.Methods:16 cases with PSVT attack were injected Verapamil through vein under Electrocardiographic monitor,and the dose is 0.15mg/kg once.To observe the improvement of ECG after treatment.Results:The PSVT was controlled after treatment,effective rate was 100%. Conclusion:Verapamil by intravenous injection in treating the PSVT attack in children has an obvious effect.
