Abstract

Technology of tube extrusion has been analysed and the technological parameters of tube extrusion of Mg alloy(MB2),Al alloy(7075Al) and Superalloy (In718), such as slug temperature, tools temperature, choice of lubricant, ratio of extrusion, and extrusion speed, have been determined by experiment in this paper. The extrusion force and influence factors have also been studied. From the results of experiment, it is found that extrusion force has relation to deformation temperature, tool temperature, ratio of extrusion, lubricant and deformation velocity.
