Abstract
The technological parameters of tube extrusion of 7075 Al alloy have been determined by experiment. Mechanical properties of 7075 Al alloy tube extruded is analyzed. The extrusion force and influence factors have also been studied. From the results of experiment, it is found that extrusion force is dependent on deformation temperature, tool temperature, ratio of extrusion, lubricant and deformation velocity.
