Abstract

Objective: To investigate the application value of lobbyists continuity nursing in chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD) patients in stationary phase. Methods: 128 cases of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease monitoring patients were divided into observation group and control group with 64 cases in each group. The observation group of patients before discharge rehabilitation exercise guidance, medication guidance, diet guidance, home oxygen therapy guidance, acute attack recognition and self-rescue method guidance, combined with the school extension continued nursing. While the control group only discharged for rehabilitation guidance, medication guidance, diet guidance, home oxygen therapy guidance, acute attack identification and self-rescue method guidance, and no phone calls,no emphasis on patient long-term adherence to perform. Two groups of patients' quality of life,6 min walking distance and acute episodes were compared. Results: To observe the quality of life score in patients with acute exacerbation occurrence rate was lower than the control group(P 0.05),6 min walking distance was longer than that of the control group(P 0.05).Conclusion: The importance of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease of continued-nursing,can effectively extend the stable phase of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, reduce the frequency of acute attack, reduce hospitalization period, slow the progressive deterioration of lung function.
