MITOXANTRONE COMBINATION CNEMOTHERAPY FOR 62 MALICNANT LYMPHOMA OIN

Abstract

cases of malignant lymphoma were treated with cmbination chemo-ther apy program of Mitox antrone producted by zhenan Pharmaceutical factory.Among these62 patients, 27 patien ts had compleie reponse,(43.5%)and 27 partial reponse (43.5%). The total reponse,rate was 87 % The toxic sibe effecls were mild and the major toxic sideeffects were nausea vomiting ( 67.7%) and leukopenia (58.1%)but most of them,Werelimited to Ⅰ-Ⅱ grade. Thus we considered that Mitoxantrone may be chosen as a first linetreatment of malignant lymphoma.
