Abstract
Solanesol was isolated from tobacco extracts via column chromatography, followed by crystallization, and identified by Nuclear Magnetic Resonance Spectroscopy.we studied the stability of pure solanesol and coarse solanesol, the influence of extraction method, extraction solvent, the proportion of liquid-solid and extration time. The results showed that the stability of pure solanesol is not very good, washing of the tobacco leaves is good to improving the quality and extraction yield of the tobacco extraction, the extraction yield is higher under hexane-acetic ether sovent systerm, and the corresponding extration condition is about 21 h,proportion of liquid-solid is about 20 mL/g..
