Principles of Individual in Localized Practice of Social Work

The extensive development of practical social work demands reflection on western techniques and theories and China's local system of values.This paper starts from a debate on the implication and ideological roots of individualization,which is one of the basic principles of social work,and then further analysis on difficulties in implement of individualization/personalization of social work in China's traditional systems of values,and specific methods for individualization/personalization.
