Theoretical research shows that the relationship between professional social work and local practice is neither contradictory nor simply theory and practice, although their working concepts and methods are completely different. Cultural conflicts and integrations lie deeply behind these superficial phenomena. It also presents us with the prospects of their mutual construction and development.
