Researches on the Feasibility and Risk Supervision of Establishment of Financial Holding Companies in Henan Province

The development of financial industry will promote construction of the Central Plains Economic Zone,and the formation of financial holding companies will be conducive to integration of Henan province' s financial resources and will provide a powerful financial support for the Central Plains Economic Zone construction. It is beneficial to solve the problem of capital bottleneck in the course of the construction.However, due to the particularity in building local financial holding companies, the feasibility and risk regulation are analyzed.
