Abstract
It is a historic opportunity for Henan with a large population and agricultural province to carry out the developing strategy of West China.The finance which supports the economic development should grasp the opportunity to invest much capital,make credit level well,bring forth new financial products,improve financial service,and create a favorable,financial environmend for Henan's economic development.
