Performance Evaluation of IL ACL 7000 Coagulation Analyzer System

Objective To conduct a comprehensive performance evaluation of IL ACL 7000 Fully Automated Coagulation Analyzer used for two years in the laboratory.Methods With professional and technical programs released by the International Council for Standardization in Haematology(ICSH),fresh plasma,mixed plasma,plasma prothrombin time(PT),activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT),thrombin time(TT),fibrinogen(Fib) and other projects were detected in the apparatus to evaluate the precision,accuracy,linear range and carrying stain rate,etc.Results The intra-inter-assay precisions of PT(s),APTT(s),TT(s) and Fib(g / L) were 0.69% ～ 2.18%,0.86% ～ 3.43% respectively,relative bias(Bias%) was 1.6% ～ 3.0%,the average recovery was 98.1%,carrying stain rate was 0.4% ～ 1.0%.Conclusions IL ACL 7000 Coagulation Analyzer used for two years still has high precision and accuracy,and also has a good linear range,which may fully provide accurate detection results for clinic.
